The internet moves fast. Most things are written, posted, reacted to, and forgotten almost immediately.
Slow Fire Notes is meant to be the opposite of that.
I wanted a place where thoughts could stay around a little longer — ideas about work, life, building things, changing direction, and all the small decisions that quietly shape where we end up.
Why “Slow Fire”?
Some ideas arrive all at once. Others need time.
They sit in the background, change shape, pick up new meaning, and eventually become something worth keeping. That is the kind of thinking I want this place to make room for.
Not constant updates. Not noise for the sake of staying visible. Just thoughts that have had enough time to become useful.
What I’ll Write About
There probably won’t be one narrow subject.
Some notes will be about work and building projects. Some will be about technology, creativity, business, or the strange process of trying to make something from nothing.
Others may simply be observations about life, decisions, mistakes, or things I’m still trying to understand.
The common thread is simple: if something feels worth thinking about for longer than a few seconds, it probably belongs here.
No Grand Manifesto
Slow Fire Notes isn’t supposed to be a perfectly polished publication.
It’s a place to think in public, keep track of ideas, and occasionally come back months later to see whether they still make sense.
Some posts may be short. Others may turn into longer essays. I’m not going to force every thought into the same format.
The point is to make something worth returning to.
And this is the first note.
